Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur the full fee of the appointment.
If you fail to show up for two consecutive appointments without notice, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the end of each session and is to be made by credit card through the secure Jane payments app unless otherwise discussed. After payment is received a receipt will be issued by email.
Booking Policy
Appointments can be booked by email, online, phone or made directly with your therapist. For appointments booked within 24 hours of the appointment, you must book through your therapist directly as availability within 24 hours is not guaranteed.
Email & Social Media Contact
We do not provide counselling or therapy via email or social media messaging platforms. If you would like to speak with your therapist, please book an initial consultation or appointment.
We regularly check and respond to our emails within 48 hours Monday to Saturday, unless otherwise stated due to vacation or time away.
Insurance
It is your responsibility to discuss with your insurance provider if you have coverage for appointments with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Currently we do not offer direct billing. We provide you with our RCC number and contact information on our receipts which you can use to file a claim with your insurance provider.
Medical Concerns
We are not physicians and cannot provide medical advice, treatment, or diagnoses. Registered Clinical Counsellors are not trained or qualified to prescribe medication.
